Another day, yet another Facebook advertisement for yet another automated Amazon business opportunity.
There seems to be no shortage of automated Amazon Business Opportunities but as I had never heard of NXTLVL Services or Michael Walding I decided to delve a bit deeper.
Michael Walding is the founder of NXTLVL Services, a former professional body builder turned Amazon guru who is offering a fully managed, automated, Amazon business opportunity.
If you’ve read any of my previous business opportunity reviews this review of NXTLVL Services will be a bit different from my normal business opportunity review.
I would normally schedule a call, hear the pitch and share my experience during the pitch call.
However with regard to NXTLVL Services I didn’t feel my normal research methodology to be necessary.
What Does NXTLVL Services Offer?
NXTLVL Services offers to build, scale and manage your very own Amazon business.
How Much Does The NXTLVL Services Business Opportunity Cost?
In order to work with NXTLVL Services to have them to build, scale and manage your very own Amazon store it will cost you $25,000 upfront plus a monthly fee of 35% of your Amazon store profits.
Additionally, you’ll need a credit card with a minimum available credit limit of $7,000 in order to fulfill drop ship orders.
Why I Neglected to Conduct My Normal Research Methodology With Regard to NXTLVL Services, LLC.
As I wrote earlier, I would normally book a call, have a rather lengthy conversation with a sales representative, ask a bunch of questions, hopefully receive answers to my questions, decide whether or not the business opportunity is right for me and share my experience.
However, by conducting a bit of simple and basic research, and asking two simple questions, I didn’t have the energy nor the desire to go any further.
The above is a snippet of the two simple questions I asked NXTLVL Services, of which I received one answer.
Perhaps it’s a matter of me being me but I don’t believe the questions asked are illogical.
If I’m being offered a business opportunity where a company will build, scale and manage my Amazon business so that I have a fully automated Amazon business why do I need a consultation?
If the business is indeed automated what do I need to be consulted about?
If I’m seeking a consultant, no matter what the subject matter is, that means I’m paying a person for his or her professional expertise with regard to the subject matter so I may learn from that person.
I’m not asking to learn how to build, scale and manage my own Amazon store, rather attempting to accept the offer that NXTLVL Services is offering.
The truthful answer to my question is that the fee being required is not a consultation fee, it’s simply a fee.
It’s how NXTLVL Services, Michael Walding and his team transfer my money from my account or your account to theirs.
The Truth About “Automated” Online Business Systems
Michael Walding is not the first and certainly will not be the last to offer an “Automated” online business opportunity with regard to Amazon, Shopify, Walmart or whatever other ecommerce channel comes into existence.
The selling proposition of “investing” $10,000, $15,000 or even $20,000 plus to have a fully automated online money making machine is appealing to many which is why more and more of the “opportunities” continuously come into existence.
All a person needs to do is make the investment and you can achieve the below results.
$89,520 in the last 30 days is an astronomical amount of gross revenue for an Amazon store or any ecommerce store to achieve.
What always seems to be left out, whether I’m writing about Michael Walding’s NXTLVL Services or any other “automated system” is the net profit margin.
Depending on the source, the average net profit margin for an Amazon store will differ but I’ll use what I feel is a rather generous net profit margin of 17%.
A 17% net profit on $89,250 equates to $15,172.50 in net profit which is still a rather substantial net profit for an ecommerce business.
Using this example, this Amazon store is generating over $1,000,000 in gross sales per year!
Not taking the normal disclaimer of, “Results are not typical” I want to delve a bit deeper into the absurdity of a $1,000,000 per year automated Amazon store.
According to an article written by marketplacepulse.com in January of 2019, there were approximately 24,000 Amazon seller that operated Amazon stores that generated $1,000,000 in gross revenue.
24,000 stores out of 6,000,000 stores whether active or not for a percentage of .4%, meaning that .4% of all Amazon store generated $1,000,000 a year in gross sales.
Using a 17% net profit margin equates to these $1,000,000 Amazon stores, on average, generate $170,000 in net profit.
If you’re like me, I would believe that you would be more than satisfied with having a yearly “automated” income of $170,000 per year.
The Million Dollar ($1,000,000) Question
If you had the ability to create and monetize your own Amazon stores to the tune of $1,000,000 plus per year, joining the elite of Amazon as in .4% of all Amazon sellers why would you choose to “offer” your service as for a price as opposed to simply rinsing and repeating your successful process?
If I had the ability to do so, simple math tells me that six stores earns me over $1,000,000 per year in net profit.
Call me foolish of you will but I would be beyond happy with 3 stores earning me over $500,000 per year in income and would have no desire to create competition for myself by selling my services to do the same for you.
The Answer to The Million Dollar ($1,000,000) Question
The above is a snippet from marketplacepulse.com from the same article.
You’ll see that approximately 200,000 seller have net sales of $100,000 per year.
Again, with an average, generous, profit margin of 17%, these stores are earning a net income of $17,000 per year but also represent 3.33% of all Amazon sellers.
96.67% of all Amazon seller stores generate gross revenue of less than $17,000 per year yet you and I are to believe that a person or company will crush those numbers for a fee or “consultation fee?” of $20,000+ in addition to 30%+ of our net monthly profits?
The answer to the $1,000,000 question is that the reason these “automated Amazon business systems” exist is that there is more money to be made by these people charging a fee and a percentage of whatever profits are made, if any than to do it for themselves.
Will Michael Walding or an Employee of NXTLVL Services Find This Article?
As sure as I am that the sun will set and rise I’m sure that Michael Walding, owner of NXTLVL Services or one of his employees will find this article as it will be impossible not to conduct an internet search for NXTLVL Services without this article appearing on page one of the search results.
I don’t know exactly when but I do know if I was on the other side of the fence part of running my business would be to conduct my own online searches of what is being stated about my company.
For example, I would go to Google and search, “Review of NXTLVL Services” or “NXTLVLV Services Review.”
Perhaps I conduct a search of my own name in combination with my company name as in “Michael Walding NXTLVL Services” or “Bodybuilder Michael Walding Amazon Automation System.”
When this article is found I doubt that Michael Walding or any of his employee will be able to factually dispute anything that I have written in this article.
As I stated at the beginning of this article, this was not my usual article but I felt it necessary to write.
In addition to all the Amazon Automation Systems being marketed I have come across Walmart Automation Systems being marketed as well.
Regardless of the person or company behind these “money making automated systems” it is my position that none of them will deliver on their selling propositions.
People don’t market these systems in attempt to help people make money, they’re simply helping themselves by moving my and your hard earn money from our bank accounts into theirs.
Whether your a first time visitor to my blog or not if you read only a few other articles here you’ll find that I’ve yet to be proven wrong on anything that I’ve written.
What do you think?
Do you feel I’m correct in my position with regard to NXTLVL Services as well as all Amazon Automation Business Opportunity Systems?
